Bureaucrat slaps his junior for asking ID
Caught on camera in Lucknow – a government official slapping a junior who was trying to do his job. District Magistrate Amit Kumar slapped a man three times at the Krishi Bhawan. The provocation? The District Magistrate was asked to show his identity card.
