A 28-year-old woman wants divorce from her husband because his facebook status was single even two months after their marriage.

She has filed for divorce in a family court because she cannot trust her husband who did not announce their marriage on the social networking site facebook.

Two months ago, they tied the knot. Woman lives in Aurangabad and she has filed a divorce case in Aurangabad court.

During trial in the court her husband said in his defence that he forgot to update his status on the website. Judge has ordered them to get counselling for six months.

“I came to know of the above incident from the magistrate in the Aurangabad court,” Subhash, High Court advocate, said.

“The Hyderabadi husband had told the judge that he was so busy post marriage with family and his furniture business that he really had no time to check his FB or change his status.

“He was willing to do so now or even de-activate his account, however, the woman was not keen to continue with the marriage and she says her husband might be doing things behind her back and she couldn’t trust him,” he said.

This is not the first kind of incident. In the past also few marriages failed because of Facebook.

“Facebook has become the primary method for communicating with friends for many people,” Mark Keenan, managing director of Divorce-Online, said.

“People contact ex-partners and the messages start as innocent, but lead to trouble.

“If someone wants to have an affair or flirt with the opposite sex then it’s the easiest place to do it,” Keenan said.

Face book is really creating problem in good relationship because flirty message posted by spouse is not tolerated by their partner.

A shocking incident occurred in Bhandup area of Mumbai where three men gang raped a 16-year-old hearing and speech disabled girl at knifepoint.

Police informed that the victim is the resident of Jamil Nagar, Bhandup (West). She studies in class VIII. The shocking incident took place with her when she was playing outside her house. Three men — Kallu Sureshchandra Jaiswal alias Shivkumar (23) and two other 16-year-olds are involved in the crime. They forcefully took the girl to one of the accused Jiswal’s house located nearby and raped her one by one. They threatened to kill her.

“When the girl did not return home, her parents started looking for her and hearing her scream, they rushed to Jaiswal’s home,” said an official from the Bhandup police station.

“The accused trio, realising that they were going to be caught, tried to flee the spot, but two of them were caught by the relatives, while one managed to escape,” he added.

Two accused – Jaiswal and one of his 16-year-old accomplice have been taken into police custody. One of the accused who had escaped from the incident place is also caught by the police later on.

One accused Jaiswal used to work in a private firm and his young accomplices were Std IX dropouts.

Senior Inspector Srirang Nadgauda said, “We have charged the accused under Section 376 (rape), 366 (kidnapping or abducting), 342 (punishment for wrongful confinement) and 34 (common intention) under the Indian Penal Code. Jaiswal has been remanded to police custody till May 21 and the minor accused have been sent to juvenile custody.”

The victim has been sent to Nagpada hospital for a medical examination.

Earlier police has arrested a thief named Kishore Deka for stealing over Rs. 21 lakh from an ATM located at Guwahati’s Gorchuk locality. When police caught him, he has Rs. 8 lakh with him but did not reveal information about the rest of the money he had stolen.

When police interrogated Deka about the rest of the money, he confessed that he has hidden Rs.13.29 lakh in a garbage dump behind his house located in Sarthebari area of Barpeta, Assam.

Police recovered the cash worth Rs.13.29 lakh from a garbage dump located behind the house of the thief.

The notes recovered from the thief and garbage dump have been identified and that is the money kept in ATM.

People rushed out on the roads in Guwahati at the time of earthquake. Many people are saying that they had not felt such a major quake in a long time. People living in Kohima in Nagaland also felt tremors.

A resident of Guwahati said, “I was sitting in my room and was working on a laptop. Suddenly I felt the tremors and I immediately got down.”

CM Akhilesh Yadav said “If that is the statement then that statement is wrong. If an official holds such high post and if that person makes such statements, actions will be taken against him.”

Mathur made a shocking honour killing statement by telling a man that if his own sister eloped, either he would kill her or commit suicide. DIG Mathur made this statement while inspecting a police station where a man met him whose daughter had allegedly eloped. Mathur’s statement is recorded on camera.

When a man went for help to look for his missing daughter, Mathur said, “This is a matter of great shame.”

“If anybody’s sister or daughter flees away then he should commit suicide by getting drowned in water. If she was my sister, then I would have shot her dead or would kill myself,” he said.

The National Commission for Women (NCW) chairperson Mamta Sharma want that Mathur should be suspended. She said, “The statement of the DIG is irresponsible and he must be suspended immediately. Is this what they are being taught in the police force? This is very disturbing. The DIG should be suspended without further ado.”

An employee of the Shipping Corporation of India filed a divorce petition in court because his wife was not ready to shift to Port Blair along with him where he was transferred.

While hearing the appeal, a division bench of justices P B Majmudar and Anoop Mohta observed “A wife should be like goddess Sita who left everything and followed her husband Lord Ram to a forest and stayed there for 14 years.”

The couple got married in 2000. The applicant’s wife is from Mumbai and he mainly belongs to Kolkata. After their marriage they lived together in Mumbai for five years because he was on ship duty there.

In 2005, the man was posted at Port Blair, he told his wife to shift there to live with him but she refused of relocating with him and the man had no option left except to file for divorce. They are the parents of a nine-year-old daughter.

The court also counsels the couple that they should reunite for the sake of their child. The man is ready to reconsider about it but the wife is not agreed to settlement. The case will again be heard on June 21.

Police said that they have not found the accused who had slit her throat with a kitchen knife.

When incident occurred at Jayant Ajmera’s house, his 51-year-old wife Chetna was alone at home. Jayant Ajmera had left his house at 2 in the afternoon for work. Their flat is located in Vaishali building on 60 Feet Road near Vikrant circle. Once Jayant returned home, he found his wife’s body in the kitchen.

DCP Sanjay Shintre said, “The probe is going on.” After primary investigations, it is revealed that cash and ornaments are missing from the house so the main intention of the murderer would be robbery.

Cops have found struggle marks on Chetna’s body. Some repair work was being done in the builder’s house for the past few days and it is speculated that accused could be one of the workers. Three people have been detained for inquiry in the case.

A two-day Yoga camp was organised at the Rajeev Gandhi stadium in Bhind.
During valedictory function a student named Ashutosh Parihar questioned Ramdev about his narrow escape in woman’s dress from Ramlila Ground. Large numbers of supporters were present at the function. Baba Ramdev even asked Parihar to stop asking question about the old incident but soon after his supporters started beating Parihar.

“Parihar was taken into custody by police on the charges of disrupting peace and since no criminal case was registered against him, he was released today on a personal bond,” Bhind Superintendent of Police Akash Jindal said.

Jindal added that Parihar has not reported the incident to the police.

Police said that they took Parihar into custody to maintain the peace at the venue.

Talking about the incident, Baba Ramdev said that whatever happened on Sunday was “due to misunderstanding and Parihar is a part of his extended family”.

Three young men have been taken into Police custody on the charges of murdering a young man and dumping his body.

An informer informed to the police about the murder of man which took place during Holi festival. When police checked their records for missing persons, they came to know that 21-year-old Kamlesh Yadav is missing since Holi festival. Kamlesh was the resident of New Collector Compound.

When police investigated the matter, they find out that Kamlesh’s cousin Virendra Yadav was locked in a property dispute with Kamlesh’s family. Police detained Virendra and he confessed the murder of his cousin Kamlesh with the help of his friends Rizwan Shaikh and Mohammed Israr alias Bobby.

Virendra and his friends bludgeoned Kamlesh 17 times after taking him to an isolated place when he was high on bhang. Virendra informed police that he murdered Kamlesh because he was having an affair with his wife and he came to know about it through his mobile phone.

Police has discovered Kamlesh’s skeleton from the Malwani creek. “We know that Tilakdhari, the father of the deceased, had registered a compliant against the father of the accused in January, over a property row. This angle is also being investigated,” said a police officer from Malwani police station, Mumbai.

The police have arrested the three accused on charges of murder and for sabotaging evidence. “We will produce the three in court on Saturday,” added the officer.
